About this module:


Whether you are an employee or employer representing yourself at a hearing, it is best to be prepared. This comprehensive module will help you to:

  • understand the hearing process
  • understand the role of the Commission Member and others involved in a hearing
  • prepare and submit your paperwork
  • present your evidence, question witnesses, and make clear submissions
  • behave respectfully and appropriately during the hearing
  • know what to expect after the hearing.
